研究兴趣/ Research Interests

We are interested in fast, robust, energy-efficient, and scalable integrated circuits for on-chip manipulation of and interaction between electronics and photonics with applications to communication, computing, and sensing. In particular, we are interested in the following fundamental research directions: 1. Power, energy, and thermal problems in silicon photonics; 2. On-chip hybrid closed-loop photonic parameter stablization; 3. Fundamental design theory and basic IC building blocks; 4. AI assisted and variation-aware design automation tools.
